.Ladakh is the highest plateau in India with most of it being over 3,000 m (9,800 ft). It extends from the Himalayan to the Kunlun Ranges.

Ladakh is a region administered by India as a union territory which constitutes a part of the larger Kashmir region and has been the subject

of dispute between India, Pakistan, and China since 1947.

Ladakh is most famous for breathtaking landscapes, the crystal clear skies, the highest mountain passes, thrilling adventure activities, Buddhist Monasteries and festivals.

The Best time to visit Ladakh is during the summer season from the month of April to July during this time Ladakh temperature is between 15 to 30 Degree Celsius. Ladakh is known for its extremely low temperatures almost all through the year.

DAY WISE ITINERARY

As you reach Srinagar and our team members will offer you an assisted transfer to the Deluxe Hotel or Houseboat at Dal Lake. After lunch, enjoy a Shikara ride on the lake and you will see Kabutarkhana, Bathing Boats, Char Chinar Island, Floating Gardens, Floating Shops, and other popular tourist attractions during the Shikara ride. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

*Day 2: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Kargil*

Morning after Breakfast, start for Kargil which is about 205 kilometers from Srinagar. En-route, stop at the valley of meadows Sonamarg for lunch and then crossover the Zojila pass which is located 3900 meters above the sea level. After driving for some time, reach the Drass Village which is said to be the 2nd coldest inhabited place on earth after Oymyakon, Siberia, Russia (- 67.7°C). By the evening, you will reach Kargil town; upon reaching there, check-in at hotel, overnight stay in Kargil.

*Day 3: Kargil - Lamayuru- Leh - 230 KM*

Post breakfast embarks the journey to Leh .En-route visit the ancient rock-cut statue of Maitreya Buddha at Mulbekh village. Later stop for a photo at lunar-like landscapes near Lamayuru Monastery. stop at the Sangam of Indus and Zanskar rivers for photo shoot or Rafting . By the evening, arrive Leh and check-in at the hotel in Leh. The rest of the time is at your leisure. You can explore the market of Leh or rest in your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

*Day 4: In and around Leh*

Morning after breakfast visit shanti Stupa , Leh Palace, Hall of Fame, Sangam point Return to Leh for lunch (on own). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

*Day 5: Leh - Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)*

After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch; enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village and Diskit Monastery. Overnight stay at the camp in Nubra Valley.

*Day 06 : Hunder - Tyakshi – Hunder*

After breakfast drive to Turtuk (first time opened for the tourist since 2010) this village was captured by Indians Army in war of 1971 from Pakistan, enroute visit Tyakshi (it is the border that divides India and Pakistan) O/N Nubra Valley.

*Day 07: Nubra - Pangong Lake via Shyok river road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)*

After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. Overnight stay in the camp on the Bank of the Pangong Lake.

*Day 8: Pangong Lake to Leh via Changla pass*

A drive after breakfast, a beautiful drive through the changla pass and visit 3idiot , Sindhu Ghat, shey monastery, Thiksey Monastery.Overnight stay at the Hotel in Leh

*Day 09: Leh Airport Drop ( 4km | 15minutes approx)*

Tour concludes. . Thanks you for your patronage and ensures a punctual transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination.
